Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods, including Zelle, cash, checks, and credit or debit cards. Credit and debit card payments may be subject to applicable processing fees.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
